This past weekend, guests joined singer/songwriter Hilary Roberts to celebrate her

birthday and introduce The Red Songbird Foundation (RSF), which officially launched

the evening of the event. The night was hosted by Terry Crews and included

performances by Charlie Wilson, Jermaine Dupri, and a stand-up comedy performance

by Gabriel ‘Fluffy’ Iglesias.

(Journalist), Clinton Sparks (DJ), Jason and Ashley Wahler (Actor), Charlie Wilson

(Musician), and more.

 

The Red Songbird Foundation began its work in 2009. Ten years later, the foundation has

been certified as official, and is celebrating its public launch this year. Founded by Hilary

Roberts, a survivor herself, the foundation aims to help survivors of trauma caused by

sexual, physical, and verbal abuse, by providing counseling, assisting members to enter

treatment, and by integrating members into support groups that specifically address

their primary issues. Already having saved dozens of lives, it is their mission to continue

their work and raise awareness in efforts to save more lives.
